Terms of Service
Who is eligible to advertise on southernsoulrnb.com
SouthernSoulRnB.com’s advertising pages provide a platform for recording artists, producers, publicists, promoters, deejays and other music industry specialists to market their product. Only music-related advertisements are eligible for publication, with southern soul music and blues given preference above all other genres.
Ad duration
Ads locations are sold in increments of one month (30-31 days) and must be prepaid at least ten days in advance of the first day’s publication. The ads will begin appearing on the 1st of the month and will end 30-31 days after.
Limits on Ad Duration
Advertisers who wish to advertise longer than one month can purchase an additional month in advance but not more than 2 consecutive months in a row for the same ad location. SouthernSoulRnB wants to give fair chance to interested advertisers to purchase ad space on our site as there are only 4 locations that are currently available.
Limits on Ad Location
Advertisers who wish to advertise in more than one spot simultaneously are welcome to purchase a second ad location for the same month. The limit is 2 ad locations for the same month per advertiser.
Artwork
Artwork for each ad location is specific in its dimensions, orientation and graphic file. Advertiser is responsible to provide artwork by not later than 27th of the month for publishing approval and processing.
Fixed Rate Advertising
We offer only fixed rate ad space on our website (not per click rate). Once an ad is prepaid and accepted, however, the number of clicks the ad receives (or any other negative or unsatisfactory response from the ad) is not the responsibility of SouthernSoulRnB and cannot be used by the advertiser to ask for a refund.
Refunds
Once an ad is prepaid and accepted for publication, it is not refundable, although the advertiser can opt to discontinue its publication (without refund) at any time.
Our Right to Refuse
SouthernSoulRnB retains the right to refuse – or if the ad is already running, remove – any advertising determined to be illegal, libelous or offensive. If the ad was originally accepted for publication but is subsequently determined to be illegal, libelous or offensive (after it has begun publication), a pro-rata amount of the payment will be refunded to the advertiser.
